USDAPackaging.com is an extension of an existing lender service provider located in Atlanta, GA. known as SBA Direct. The new online service allows borrowers and lenders to collaborate on new USDA projects, provides resources for borrower application assistance, and finally extends an added value to lenders who participate in USDA B&I lending and need additional or exclusive support with underwriting and packaging their USDA deals.
Borrowers can submit a brief application assistance request and we can help them locate a lender that would be interested in their project. We also have resources for business plan preparation with funding strategy assistance. Once we review your idea, we can help align you with a lender and USDA office in your area.
If you are lender, this is a unique service, USDA processing, equipped with digital application, platform, and manpower with expertise. When you sign up for our service, we will start our relationship with a consultation, to discuss your department demands, concerns and outlook for lender's USDA program.

We currently work on the USDA B&I program and Community Facilities program.
This program provides loan guarantees to eligible lenders to develop essential community facilities in rural areas. An essential community facility is defined as a public improvement, operated on a non-profit basis, needed for the orderly development of a rural community where the rural community is a city or town, or its equivalent county or multi-county area. The term “facility” refers to both the physical structure financed, and the resulting service provided to rural residents or rural businesses.
Community facilities are establishments such as hospitals, public safety facilities, community parks, and other essential public community services.
